These terms and conditions form the basis for all transactions concluded. They are considered as binding between our contractual partner and us.
Placing Orders
Orders are accepted by telephone, email, and fax.
Delivery
Our products are delivered by post, DHL parcel. The finger guards are sent in a pack of 100 pieces. A small amount like 10,20,50 pieces is also possible. The type of packaging remains our choice, while the costs are covered by the customer. The liability for transport damage is excluded.
The delivery is taking place according to the product's availability within the same day. For on-demand products, please get in touch with us.
Payment Conditions
Our prices are net plus VAT in their respective amount and are non-binding in case of unpredictable cost increases. The prices depend on quantity, type of leather and size of the order.
If items are ordered according to our samples, there may be insignificant deviations in the color and in the execution that do not affect the purpose.
The goods remain our property until fully paid.
Withdrawal does not exist with our delivery, since the goods are tailored to the personal needs of the customer. The same principle applies to products that are already in transit.
Complaints regarding quantity or quality must be made immediately in writing. The goods are considered approved if no written notice of defects has been received within 5 days of receipt.
Hidden defects must be reported in writing immediately after their discovery.
Claims for damages arise only in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the seller.
Payment Operations
The invoices are issued on the day of dispatch or acceptance of the goods. The invoice must be paid in full within 30 days of the settlement date.
If the buyer has not paid within 30 days, a reminder will automatically be sent.
Lawsuit Conditions
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Progetta is Karlsruhe Court.
